How much time will this package take each week?The course is broken up into two phases; the Foundations Phase and the Practice and Reflect Phase. During the Foundations Phase you will be learning the core framework of the program. You may be challenged to set aside some of the ways that you've approached time management and goals. The lessons shared during this phase will guide your success throughout the program and will require some additional time as you learn and practice the tools and skills shared here. You should allow 3 to 5 hours weekly during the Foundations Phase of the course (first 4 weeks). During the Practice and Reflect Phase of the course, you will be asked to apply the personal planning style that you develop in the Foundations Phase. You should plan for up to 3 hours weekly during this Phase as you apply the tools and skills from the Foundations Course and integrate them into your daily life.

When can I expect to see results?You will start to have a new awareness of your time and how it is currently being spent (and maybe how you'd rather spend your time) after the first week of the Foundations Course. Starting in the 2nd and 3rd week of the Foundations Course, you will see yourself making progress towards your stated goals. You will start with small goals and successes, but these will build as you integrate the lessons from the Foundations Course into your weeks. As you become more comfortable with the materials and the process, you'll notice more meaningful improvements and success as you work through the program and take on larger goals for larger successes.

Why will this time differ from any of the other things I’ve tried?This program is designed intentionally to provide a structure to problem solving and goal achievement. As you practice with this program you will modify and adapt this style to your own personal preferences. Due to the nature of the program, it has worked for people that are highly structured with their time as well as those that are more free flowing. This program encourages realistic goal setting, learning through practice, and establishing accountability to achieve success. This program was designed to give you the basics and help you adjust them to best meet your needs. The goal of this program is that after you complete this program, you will have everything that you need to continue achieving success.
